The ZDH-800 Automatic Circular Saw Blade Brazing Machine is a fully integrated, high-precision system designed for brazing pre-tinned carbide tips onto circular saw blade bodies. The machine features a rigid frame, mechanical drive system, advanced electric control system, high-frequency power supply, and an efficient high-frequency cooling unit to ensure stable and reliable brazing performance.

Engineered for ease of use and production efficiency, the ZDH-800 requires minimal operator involvement. After entering the required parameters and completing initial setup, the machine operates in fully automatic mode, delivering consistent brazing quality while reducing labor and increasing overall productivity.
